Tried this little spot in the plant street market for the first time. Good portion sizes. I got the brisket sandwich which was very filling. Their freshly cut French fried tasted great. The Texas toast was crunchy and the brisket was juicy. I will definitely be going back sometime soon!

The loaded fries are amazing, nacho cheese over fries with your choice of meat! Great for sharing! The ribs and brisket are both very good, and I appreciate that you can add just a couple ribs a-la-cart to your order.

One of my fave stands at Plant St Market! The brisket sandwich is on point! Nicely chopped and piled high on Texas toast. Great flavor. Moderately priced. I also enjoyed the pulled pork fries. They seem hand cut and fresh. Nicely smothered in pork yumminess service is quick and easy, they shoot you a text when it’s done.

Girlfriend ordered ribs they had an odd smell like the meat was bad. She has a good nose since she’s owned/run restaurants. They did replace them fast with pulled pork instead, no questions asked which was excellent service. Brisket was okay. Fries were good but luke warm.

This is an amazing place. The brisket burger with fries and baked beans is fantastic. Accompanied by the Tri Wish by Crooked Can is a must. Food is between 15 and 20 dollars. Beer is about 7 dollars.
