Ordered to go. Walked up to desk and nobody said anything to me for at least 100 seconds. Customer eating in complained about VERY BURNED food which I saw and can confirm. They said they waited 30 minutes for burned food. Took my pizza home and the crust is well done and the sauce they gave me for my wings is ice cold. First time trying the place and not sure if I’ll return.

Went to get pick up a pizza was told that I couldn’t pay until their computer systems were back up, I asked how long, they didn’t know. I asked how long they’d been down “for about 20 min”. Are you doing anything to you fix it? Just waiting. They didn’t ask me for cash, or offer an estimate of time, three hostesses and the manager standing around waiting. I asked what they were going to do and the manager said she’d give me 3$ off my pizza whenever I could actually pay for it which was a big question mark. I’m not going to wait for a cold pizza or one sitting in the window under the warmer for an hour. I get things happen, so cut your losses and keep a customer, don’t roll your eyes and offer me $3.00, Amber. Also, I heard you bad mouthing me as I walked out saying I was late to pick up my pizza. Well I wouldn’t have been able to pay for it if I was on time anyway.

I had not been to Fields of Pizza in a very long time, so I checked google to see if they still did the buffet. The website said it was available….yay! We got there and no buffet. Asked the group of about 4 waitresses about it. They rattled off some days and times and I commented that was contrary to what it said on line. As I turned away, once server said ” It’s been that way since Covid”. Immediately I turned back, since Covid? Maybe you should update that. No we’re sorry, just a smug we don’t have access to that. They also didn’t get access to my money. Took the kids and grandkids to Steele Plow and were treated to excellent service.

The pizza isn’t my favorite, but we were there for my Great Grandma’s 90th birthday. We all had a great time and all the food was fresh! Definitely like the selection of pizzas they have on their buffet. Sundays are always a great time to stop in as well!

Chicken tenders and breaded mushrooms a little overcooked son said his burger was bland but he ordered a plain one pizza crust was was perfect to my liking but to over done for rest of family and cant say enough about the fried chicken 10 out of 10 all in all food was great delivery guy was courteous we will be ordering again great job fields
