We ordered steamed dumplings, chicken wings, boneless spare ribs. The dumplings were very doughy the sweet. Probably the worst dumplings I have had. The spare ribs were very thick fatty cuts of meat that were not flavorful. Rice and egg rolls were average. The chicken wings were the best thing we ordered. I am still in search of great Chinese food around this area.

Good takeout and good customer service. I live close to this restaurant, and once they left out an egg roll. I called them and went to pick it up. They gave me a free wonton soup along with the missing egg roll. Such a simple gesture strengthened my loyalty.

Not sure if I caught them on an off day, first time trying it rather disappointed. I read all the review thought was a safe bet to try. Thought would treat us to take out food, been awhile since done that. Was our anniversary seen great reviews ordered boneless ribs all sauce was in the bag did not really cook ribs in the sauce they were dry really no sauce on them. I had orange chicken like chicken was cooked and sauce dumped on top of it instead of cooked in it. Forgot what husband had was not really much flavor. I hope it was just bad night.

I gave 1 star just so I could write this review. I previously liked this place until I personally witnessed how they handle the ribs. No gloves, Bare hands…during a pandemic! The beef sticks are cooked in the microwave. They go into the microwave raw. The beef and broccoli was slimy. The chicken lo mein was burnt. I don’t even know how you burn lo mein. They got the entire order wrong. And gave an attitude when we called back and told them it was incorrect. I do not recommend this restaurant.

A great Chinese food place. The quality of the chicken and beef far exceeds that of any other local places I’ve been to. You get actual white meet in the chicken instead of that dark mystery meat a lot of other places will give you. I recommend trying the orange beef, it is awesome! It is more expensive than other places, but it is worth the extra money.

I had unfortunately ordered here unaware of how horrible the quality of food is. The worst food I have ever ordered. The boneless ribs are very large, dry, and fatty. The dumplings are almost deep fried with a flavorless sauce. I spent $40 and didn’t get much, 6 dumplings, fried wontons, fried rice and boneless ribs. Better off at 7-11 across the street.

Seems like every time they are busy the food is horrendous I just ordered two meals and they both had basically no sauce and they are arguing with me that they get certain sources in which had barely any sauces on it still arguing with me that I was wrong I agreed with them they hang up on me and I called back and the lady tells me after asking to speak to the manager or owner go somewhere else don’t come here my recommendation go down the road to Nesconset to the Chinese food place a lot better and better meals customer service biggest waste of almost $26 on two meals and they don’t care to take care of their customers when they They are right up the block from my house run and don’t ever go there very rude seems like every time they are busy the food is horrendous

I have always enjoyed the food here, my experience has always been good with fresh ingredients. On Christmas Day I called to order takeout of tofu & vegetables, as the rest of my family was eating meat. I asked to substitute tofu for chicken in a combination plate and the lady just kept nearly shouting at me over the phone “chicken or pork!” She was very rude on the phone and when I picked up my order she was just as unfriendly. Someone called in an order while I was waiting and she just kept saying “yeah” in a nasty tone. Customer service is just as important as food quality, and I’m likely to check out other restaurants in the area despite this being the closest to my house.
