Came here this morning, the window employee placed me on a long hold before taking my order. Then she was very unpleasant and brief with me. She then asked me to pull forward to wait on my food (I am still waiting) and when I was getting ready to say “Ok thank you” she slammed the window in my face. This is so unprofessional and affected my morning. You have no idea what people are going through so this is definitely not ok! I am the only customer here and I’ve been waiting for a while for my food on the side of Wendy’s.

Tonight was a complete joke! Went thur the drive thur and very slow about 25 kids all around the building in and out messing around! No managed or responsible adult seen anywhere! We ordered and was told we could not do separate orders or we could use the lobby ‍♀️ so we ordered and then got to window and was told they can not print a receipt!!!! Like wow how could even figure out what we were charged bc nothing on screen or no receipt!!

Worse service ever waste of my money . Not busy at all I had to wait over 5 minutes to give my order and I was the only car in line. When I get to the window the person was not in uniform , she had on a dirty purple shirt and took my money with gloves on . I asked if she was working alone and she said she was the only one there that knew how to do both areas everyone was new. She asked me to wait for my food ,again no other customers and then a different girl wearing gloves came out with my food . This made me wonder if they were not changing gloves to handle the food so I wouldn’t eat it . I thought well I guess I’ll drink this 10 dollar Diet Coke just to find it was flat !!

Went to Wendy’s about a week ago and they had the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience that I have ever had at a fast food restaurant in my life. The girl on the drive through speaker was very rude and rushing me when I was the only person in the whole parking lot. I asked for a minute to look at the menu and she wouldn’t respond to me when I was ready to order. Then I pulled up to the window to order and I was greeted by three young men with tattoos on their faces with attitudes and seemingly wanting to have an altercation. I asked for the Mgr and some other young woman shows up with an automatic attitude with me. As I was speaking with her, she was just saying okay, okay, okay, okay and offered no help at all. I ended up driving away upset and literally shaking and nervous about whether or not I might be followed home. They were some nasty and ignorant people who were milking that clock that day. They definitely were not “working”… I’m surprised that this location is still open with workers like that! Shameful and threatening. Intimidating and intense. Scary!!!

Went through the drive through. They were not busy, only one car ahead of me. Ordered single hamburger with just pickle. Got home and got a cheese burger with 2 pieces of cheese. I can’t eat cheese, so burger got thrown away. How hard was that order?

My cold-hard fries that was half full was disgusting I had to sit there for like 12 minutes thinking they were making fresh fries and they were not hot in the bag on my drive home that takes 3 minutes. I just don’t think $11 for a chicken sandwich and a fry that is cold and half full I’m not sure what the problem is at 7:30 at night.
