Great service! And the Famous Bowl? ….mmm mmm GOOD! UPDATE; 3/18/2023. Two female friends and visited KFC on N. Stateline Ave. I ordered and went to the men’s room. It was so nasty. Trash everywhere. The commode was stopped up and full of sewage. I needed relief so much that I decided to try the women’s restroom since it was unoccupied. This restroom was in no better shape. The commode wasn’t stopped up, but there was fresh blood around and under the ring. I did not tell the staff because as we walked in a staff worker was coming out of the mens, so I knew that HE knew about the filth.

When I went in to pick up my call in order, there were five to six people in the lobby waiting on their chicken. They said they have been there anywhere from 35 minutes to an hour waiting. That’s crazy

This is KFC’s idea of a 4 piece meal. Tiny pieces of overcooked chicken (the one on the upper right that looks like a chicken tender is actually a leg piece) and a bowl of gravy with a dollop of mashed potatoes. We received 2 of these meals and a chicken tender meal, and a famous bowl(with 6 ‘popcorn chicken’ pieces barely the size of marbles and of similar texture), all of the same miniature size and poor quality. None of the requested sauce, napkins, side of potatoes were in our bags either. Worst KFC experience we have ever had.

After having to repeat our order three times, we get told that there is a three minute wait on french fires, unless we wanted a different side. We waited for about four minutes till a worker came out and gave us our food, we ordered a #7, #10, and a side of mac n cheese. The #7 was supposed to have the fires and instead we got cole slaw, which we did not want or order. Then for the #10 there wasn’t a fork to use. How are you supposed to eat the famous bowl with no fork?

Out of chicken at 10:30 PM when they close at 12:00 am. Always out of fries. Asked for corn because out of fries and got mashed potatoes! Biscuit not all the way cooked. Not sure what’s going on with night shift.
