Wow! Amazing brisket plate with 2 sides and bread. $14 The brisket would literally melt in your mouth. Good tasting, BBQ sauce, too. My wife got the BBQ sandwich basket for $8, which includes a drink of your choice. Comes with your choice of fries or chips. It was also very good. We split the plate and basket between us. The building is very close to the 4 lane highway, and on a curve, it is easy to miss it when driving from west to east because it’s on your right side on the curve. Look for the black and white Pig statue. There is not a lot of parking. We rode our Harley Davidson to eat there was lucky to get a paved parking spot up front.

This was a lackluster stop for me. The place has a great look about it and the lady that took my order was very friendly. That was the highlight of the visit, though. The food was just okay for me. I had the rib basket with french fries and coleslaw. The ribs tasted more like oven cooked than smoked ribs, the BBQ sauce tasted like grocery store brand off of the shelf and the coleslaw had a pickle relish flavor. That’s just my opinion so take it for what it is. I think I would have enjoyed my meal more, though, if there weren’t a dozen flies buzzing about inside the restaurant. Not an outstanding experience but it was good enough that I’ll give the place another try the next time I’m in the area.

I was soooo disappointed! The food is usually so good. This was the first time the food was substandard. The chicken was half cooked, and the fried tomatoes were so thin that they lost their flavor. I can’t really recommend any dishes after this visit.

This place is awesome. Extremely busy but worth the wait. They’re one of Georgia’s top 10 barbecue restaurants. We had the ribeye and top sirloin which were amazing. Everything is so delicious. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean.

The south prides itself on its ability to transform a pork butt into a masterpiece. The Farmhouse does this exceptionally well but it also reaches out into a creative realm that many have failed to achieve. I had the smoked prime rib sandwich for lunch today, my first time experiencing this sandwich and I was blown away. Their chili dog is up there with my top ten favorites. This place is inspired by the authentic but reaches out into a world of imagination cooking. Come here and don’t be disappointed.
