They didn’t get the order correct and when we called back they were rude. They make it like it was your fault. They take your phone number instead of your name then when u go to pick up your order they have wrote down the phone number wrong. That has happened twice. I wouldn’t have went back after the first mistake but my family likes their food. The food is okay but definitely not worth the extra time and worry

Ordered the chicken/ vegetable dinner with noodles instead of rice. Instead I get home to find there are absolutely no vegetables in my dinner and only noodles, chicken and rice. The rice is very dried out. Threw the whole meal away. Living 25 minutes from town it’s not convenient to drive back.

This placed used to be our “go to” restaurant until a few days afgp. We always ordered the house special fried rice and the general tso chicken. This will be our last time ordering from this place. We found the longest blackest hair. Please see the pictures attached. I will post this review in multiple websites If you are wondering if this place is good. This place is okay when they dont add hair to the food. Very disappointed. Called the restaurant afterwards and after explaining to the lady what happened she just offered to replace the food with another rice……. eventually got my refund. Won’t be returning….

We had a remembrance dinner for my grandmother Nana! It’s a tradition but I wanted something new!! She loved going to Chinese buffets!! The sweet lady you took my order also gave us free spring rolls and a calendar!! The dinners were delicious We were trying each other’s! We will definitely be back!!

Truth in advertising: We are spoiled by our experience of dining often in San Francisco’s Chinatown restaurants. Jin-Jin offers the ubiquitous menu items bathed in brown sauce, and favored by those looking for fast food that isn’t burgers, tacos, or fried chicken. The food is decent, the portions large, and the menu unimaginative and certainly not authentic Chinese dining. If you are ok with that, then Jin Jin stands at the top of Crestview “chinese” restaurants.

Currently, due to the pandemic, their dine in is closed off. We always order take out, but prior to the pandemic they had dine in available. Their prices are great. The people are not exactly the friendliest with customers but they have some great food. And the lack of talking with their customers could have to do with not being bilingual. I am not either but it sounds as though they may be speaking Chinese behind the counter. And the phone is almost always answered by the same person. But they’re good is awesome for a great price and you almost always g t more than what you pay for, they give generous amounts to each order.
