Worst service ever. Cashier was very impolite and unprofessional. Was on side of register complaining about something that sounded like it was about the job. My order was also wrong and blizzard was melted by the time I could eat it. Order was also wrong. Management couldn’t even fix the issue. I was trying to order the same thing my mother and I use to order before she passed away and I have a family member that use to own two Dairy Queens locally, so I would not recommend this store. Cashier also gave me food items I told her I did not even want and had to throw them away.

Ice cream was not good! Not the usual DQ quality, it tasted as if it was missing the creamy factor! We always order the Peanut Buster Parfait: This store particularly, only adds 2 layers of hot fudge, it’s advertised as 3 layers of HF. Cutting back on quality and raising prices is not the way to keep customers. We won’t return to this location. Something ‘cheap’ is going on!

Came to Dairy Queen for the first time in well over a year excited to try the new churro dipped ice cream cone. Sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes and no one bothered to take our order. There were three employees just standing around the drive thru window when we drove past to go inside instead. Went inside to order and was told they no longer had the churro dip, which was fine I didn’t mind ordering something else. Apparently they couldn’t do ANY of their dips because “their ice cream was too soft and the dip would just fall off”. I ended up just leaving and not even ordering. I’ll go take my business somewhere else that can figure out how to properly make soft served ice cream.

Took my niece and other family there. My sons Blizzard was overflowing, and my neices had to be remade 2 times for it to be as requested. It was hot inside, so things were melting fast.

Worst staff ever, wanted a dipped ice cream cone for my birthday today, staff acted like they hated their life, no chocolate on the dipped cone, ice cream was melted in the inside instantly, went back in to show them and ask for a different one, dude literally re dipped the same ice cream cone that I took a bite off of.. and was worse than the first time, and dripped all over my clothes and not to mention the cone was stale. I miss the Dairy Queen and staff that used to be there. Place won’t be open much longer

Chocolate ice cream was so soft it fell off the cones into my parents’ lap as soon as I handed it to them… the previous visit we had the same thing happen… not a good experience with the chocolate ice cream

We only get ice cream here but it’s always good. Sadly the service and the staff members usually are very lacking. They sort of grunted you at the drive-thru window and really don’t even pay attention. Feels like they’re there to entertain each other instead of smiling and guests but I sure love the peanut buster parfait so that makes up for everything else

Sad experience. My husband and I visited this location to purchase two of the chip shakes and a chicken basket. The service was not so nice when we reached the window. The shakes didn’t even look close to what they do on the photos and we didn’t get a bag when the chicken was given to us.
