I’m really disappointed with my experience at this store, I love Dickey’s and usually never have any issues. Today, I placed an order through the Dickey’s website for a delivery and was supposed to be delivered by DoorDash. The Dasher literally picked up my order and marked it as complete while keeping my food. I called DD support and no one could contact the driver or this Dickey’s location. I tried calling several times after DD was unsuccessful and was immediately met with a full voicemail message. I just want to talk to someone for a refund of my order and I hope this review will help get me in touch with the store. This is very unusual for this location and have never had this issue before.

We had just finished some shopping at Costco and were hungry. We were looking for something quick and filling. Dickeys was just right for us. We each got the lunch specials: Pulled pork with sauce and sides and a Big Yellow Cup for soft drinks. The service was quick and efficient. The food was tasty and the quantities are almost more than we can eat (but we finish it anyway. )

Ordered delivery of pulled pork and pork burnt ends. Sent two pulled pork but still charged me the extra for the burnt ends. Hope that extra cost was used to teach someone how to properly fill an order for the next person.
