Great location and delicious food! I needed a quick place to grab lunch while in town for a 3-day conference. I ended up going back to Ramen Utsuke and tried different items each day. The service was consistently good, although some servers were noticeably more knowledgeable about the menu than others, but no big deal. I was really excited to try the ramen and it did not disappoint. Enjoy!

Best Ramen in Baltimore, in my opinion!! Amazing flavors and service. Tried the black chicken paitan broth, gyoza, and jalepeno cream cheese poppers. They were all amazing, but the broth was like a warm hug!! The portion sizes are large, and the place itself is very beautifully and tastefully decorated. Pleny of seating but may not be able to handle large groups.

We were visiting from out of town and staying at a nearby hotel. There aren’t too many restaurants within walking distance so we decided to give this place a try. All the servers were very friendly and patient as we took ages to review the menu and decide what to get. We were 2 adults and 3 kids – 7, 9, and 14. EVERY SINGLE THING we ordered was delicious… we’re not very daring, so we got avocado rolls, calamari crunchy rolls, steamed and fried pork dumplings , tempura shrimp , chicken karaage, plain chicken ramen , black & red ramen (spicy but delish!), garlic-honey wings, and beef donburi. The servers even taught us how to use chopsticks properly . All in all, very positive experiences – good value for the money and great service!

Was a little skeptical trying Ramen for the first time, but let me tell you…all skepticism was erased! It was downright delicious. Highly recommend. The broth was so flavorful, chicken was tasty and the bowl was extremely filling! If you’re unsure about trying Ramen like I was, just do it. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely blown away. I got the Pork Tonkotsu Ramen with a side of Japanese Curry Rice. Perfectly balanced between spice level and flavor. The pork is super tender and melts in your mouth. The service is also fantastic. They are very attentive and friendly to each guest. If I lived her I would be a regular here. Shame I have to go back home now.

Great, affordable eat in the Inner Harbor! Ordered the Spicy Tuna Roll, Avocado Roll, Black&Red Tonkatsu Ramen, and Veggie Shio Ramen. All were flavorful, service was quick and friendly, and it didn’t break the bank! All in all, a nice dinner out in a relaxed setting.
