Love the Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream they sell!!! I just discovered it a year a ago and it’s my favorite ice cream in Eastern Iowa. I love the Halley’s Comet, Kitty Kitty Bang Bang, Mint Chip, and the Raspberry Rhapsody is really good too. They are worth every calorie. I know they are popular for their pizza but I haven’t tried that yet.

This is the best place to have lunch with your family. Pizzas are awesome taste. You can have combined pizza like half cheese and half veggie in 1 pizza or half chicken and half crab (They add honey for the chicken and crab pizza if you don’t like sweet taste in a pizza ask them to not add). Ice creams are really good. Staffs are really great they take your order patiently and tells all the possibilities.

Nice little pizza place right on main street. I walked from The Landing Inn, which is just a block away. I had the taco, and it was delicious. Service was great, as it was super busy, but i had my pizza in the expected time. Ice cream is also served here, too. Dine in or carry out. There are arcade games in the back for the kids.

The absolute best pizza in the tri-state area. You can smell the deliciousness blocks away and it just draws you in. Service is always excellent and you’re consistently met with a smile from the person behind the counter. Who doesn’t want pizza and ice cream!?! Guttenberg is lucky to have Joe’s Pizza!

2nd time in two years for being told I can’t coming in with a swimsuit and shorts. For being a river town I feel like it’s a bit ridiculous to be told I can’t sit in a chair because I’m wearing a halter top and shorts. Won’t be coming back.

If you are in the mood for great homemade pizza after spending the day on the river or just cruising through town. The place is worth the stop. Even though the pizza is great leave room for the ice cream.

When we drive to places near the Mississippi River, here’s a favorite place to get one of our favorite ice cream flavors in a cone or in a cup. Everyone of us had our special request fulfilled thanks to staff at Joe’s Pizza in Guttenberg Iowa. They have a game room in back and a unisex bathroom. Pizza also served here, enjoy! River flows across the street from here. Thank you, we always come back when in town visiting!
