Okay…they are renovating this Chuck E. Cheese but still open. It’s probably the cleanest one I’ve been to. Yet…No one was at the front when we arrived and we had to wait for the matching stamps. And when we left there was nobody there checking the matching stamps….don’t leave your kids for a moment even to use the bathroom or order something, etc…

Staff were incredibly nice. Chuck E Cheese owner should update the games. Kids liked most of them. Lots of seats available. Obviously not Dave and Busters, so idk why others are comparing the two. This place is geared towards little kids. And it’s pretty good for them. I do wish they would get rid of the stage… even when I was a kid, I thought the stage was creepy.

Every employee was friendly & helpful. Food tasted pretty good & the salad bar option was a nice balance to the pizza & appetizer sampler. We ordered from the QR code at the table… They’re working out the kinks with that. I still had to go to the counter to get the buzzer, cups & plates.

Terrell and Anthony and the other staff were so kind and provided excellent customer service. I was so blown away by how nice they were. They had Chuck come out to greet the kids and everyone had a good time. I will definitely be visiting again soon! Thanks again guys!

This chuck E. Cheese still does the tokens and have not upgraded to the cards yet with points and minutes on it yet. But I really enjoyed the tokens and I felt they were really well priced. We did not eat there, but the games on the playground side was directed mainly for younger kids. My eldest son of 9 was not a big fan of that side. The other side had games for the older kids, but not a big selection and I didnt see any cool shooting games for the older kids. I loved the chuck e cheese because most of my kids are under 6 so it was perfect!

Super clean, nice staff, and all of the games were working (unlike other arcade-style facilities with tap-to-play cards). My only complaint is that we paid for the largest pizza combo available which was supposed to come with a cookie pizza. When we provided our order number the representative at the counter said since we paid for it through the QR scanner on the table, we didn’t qualify? The website clearly stated the combo came with the cookie pizza throughout the ordering process, so not sure what he meant. He offered for us to pay for the cookie pizza separately, but after spending $62 on two pizzas and some fountain drinks, we declined.

Great atmosphere. People who work there are very friendly and help a lot on the game floor. I did have one problem. The games just weren’t working right and I feel like my 3 yr old missed out on a lot of tickets. I did voice my opinion on that and this young man who was working the floor offered me 100 tickets after I said what i had to say. He handled it very well. I thought we weren’t going to get anything. I wish I remembered his name. It was this evening actually.

We always go to Dave & Buster’s but decided to switch it up last weekend. We got two play cards with 60 minutes on each and after about 12 minutes, my kids were bored and ready to go. There were maybe 20 games, several of which weren’t working and about 100 people. We stuck it out to burn up the time on the cards then had to stand in line for another 45 minutes to cash our tickets in, and we were third in line. Never again.

Place was empty service was immaculate. Probably because they had the extra time. Overall recommend to go on a weekday.
