I wish I could give zero stars. I redeemed my app points for coffee around 11:15 am this morning. After the cashier keyed in and redeemed my points, he said they don’t have coffee after breakfast. Literally the most disgusting BK I’ve ever been to! I’m from the south and the BK there is better! At this location it was so unsanitary and not clean at all! The person who took my order looked high as a kite! I asked for no pickles on my whopper but instead got no ketchup and got the pickles instead! Don’t come here if you expect a clean spot! When I say GROSS I literally mean GROSS at it’s finest!!

This location has horrible customer service. I went through the drive thru and the employee was very rude and unprofessional over the intercom. He refused to answer any of my questions and rushed me to place my order. Once I got to the window, I ask for the manager who said his name was Nick to avoid confrontation. I asked for the store number and the name of the employee who took my order. Nick who claimed to be the manager was also shockingly rude as well and rufused to give me the information. He had an attitude, gave me the dirtiest look and appeared to be angry while the man who took the smiled behind him. Nick hands me my food but to make matters worse it was the wrong order! For the price I paid this is unacceptable. My burger was disgusting and the meat patty was extremely small. I literally threw the food away because I don’t know if this was done intentionally and if my food was tampered with by the way the employee was smiling. This was one of the worse experiences eating out that I’ve had in a long time. I work right across the street and will never go to this location again! These employees should be fired and replaced with someone who at least knows how to talk to people and answer simple questions. The work ethic that was displayed today is bad for business.

Okay this is my network B for this Burger King restaurant to begin with it smells bad when you enter the floor is sticky but I didn’t get sick from the food I ate today too bad and cold anyway I’ll take my number two precautions The person serving He is an ungrateful despot who responds very reluctantly. He has a very bad attitude. If he doesn’t like working in customer service, send him to wash dishes or to the kitchen like that. ❌❌❌

My previous review here was absolutely abysmal due to a pattern of service that, since then, this particular BK location has come out of. After giving them maybe half a dozen opportunities recently, there hasn’t been a single one out of the norm. The store is still plagued by minor franchising issues, like the app’s version of the menu not being up to date with the actual building’s menu, but in terms of a suburban Burger King, this is once again a totally good location. The entry and exit of the actual drive thru itself can be a bit tricky if you’ve never been in the Factoria shopping center before, but the people working there as of this updated review have been nice and have yet to get my order wrong since I started coming back to this location. Finally, once again I can have it my way… within three miles of my house.

The location wasn’t busy when I arrived. There was one person in the drive through in front of me, yet only after I order my food I’m told there are no carbonated drinks available. Then when I get to the window I had to reorder because apparently they didn’t put my order in when I ordered over the drive through speaker? The guy working gave me zero “hello or thank you for coming in.” If I could give it a zero I would. Also, if you hate your job don’t take it out on the customers…
