As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Old food? I can’t even get warm food? Worst customer service and y’all know the food is bad but will tell us “it’s fine”. The oil needs to be changed too idk how long it’s been but the fries taste sweet. No napkins, utensils nopes, like even asking for anything get you dirty looks. We went through the drive-thu while we were traveling with our pup. The drive thru guy was competent, sweet & very accommodating. The food was ~ok~. Nothing spectacular (cheap. fast. food). My hubby got a chicken sandwich & I got the chicken & fries box. About 15 teeny tiny nuggets & mostly fries. His sandwich looked like real chicken – my nuggets looked a lot like really small McDonalds chicken McNuggets. We probably won’t be back because there is just better tasting “fast food” out there. Sorry Rally’s – y’all didn’t do anything wrong (BBQ sauce was good), but the food just isn’t our speed.
