Gave it one last chance, ordered a TO-GO order. I understand being backed up in the kitchen and food being delayed. My order was put in at 8:25pm i got to the restaurant at 9 and was told it wasn’t going to be ready until 9:45. if it would have notified me letting me know it wouldn’t have bothered me. Didn’t get our food until 10:20 and the order was wrong. I Would have ate inside if i knew it was going to be that long, Don’t offer TO GO orders if the food wont be given almost 3 hours later. usually love coming to eat here but the service is always slow or our food is always wrong. to add even more they gave us a old potato.

My family and I came to this restaurant June 20th 2023 around three-thirty p.m. the food was absolutely spectacular steak was cooked to perfection in the prices was excellent BUT hands down the best experience was our server nyhaa was absolutely outstanding we are a family of four the service she provided was the best we’ve had in a very long time she was super friendly checked on us kept our drinks up and rolls!! She will be the sole reason we come back next week!! Thank you so much for the excellent service!!

It’s easy to knock the big chains, but that would be a big mistake here. We went on a Friday night and the line was out the door. But when we did get to our table, it was great. The cooks, the serving team, everyone brought their ‘A’ game. In a capacity+ crowd, there was never a missed step, never saw the bottom of my glass, food came out promptly. hot and delicious, our server always had a smile for us… Someone has built a great team here. Loved it!

i got a bad steak here once and i totally understand that people have bad days. the staff were so kind in helping me. my waitress and the manager got it fixed as well as giving me a voucher for a free meal for the next time. the fried pickles and mild boneless wings here are amazing, as well as the rolls! i love the steak and caesar salads here as well. highly recommend!!

Meats tasted perfect. Sides need more seasoning (add flavor). They ran out of potato skins, disappointing. Drinks were good. The service was great. But the loudness of other guests kept us from fully enjoying our first visit to this establishment. We’ll return, maybe on a different day when there’s less volume of alcohol drinkers?

Took my daughter, & her best friend last night, for her 12th Birthday. Their first time ever @ TXRH. I put us on the wait list because it was Saturday night, which is so easy to do online. It’s not a reservation, but helps with the wait time. We had plenty of time to get there & only waited about 20 minutes & the place was PACKEDDDDD @ 7 P.M. On the busy days, be sure to check your wait times online. The staff was SUPER nice despite being slammed! We got our text to come inside & was greeted by someone to seat us with a hot, fresh basket of rolls & that AMAZING ! Shortly after being seated out server came took our drink order & our order for an onion blossom, which was phenomenal! ✨️. We didn’t wait long for our meal. They did forget the bacon for the cheeseburger but brought it back out asap! My steak was thick & juicy. Very flavorful. Someone cooked me a great mid rare Only thing that disappointed me was the fact that they no longer come to the table to sing “Happy Birthday” Had looked forward to doing that for my daughter for the first time.
