Unfortunately, I finally have to do it. We used to love this place. Over the last year or so, we’ve had extensive issues ordering and getting food delivered. One time their fryers went out. Food 2 hrs late. We were really understanding about it. Tried again, this time 1.5 hrs late and didn’t receive a reason why. So, we stopped going for a while. My husband offered to run there tonight so we ordered a small cheese pizza and 3 burgers&fries. He took our 2 daughters to pick up the food so they could pick out their ice cream and ordered a couple of pints of ice cream for the house. The workers took plastic cups and put three small scoops of ice cream in each cup and said they didn’t have lids for them. My husband and I worked in the service industry during college and tip well wherever we go. We are extremely forgiving when it comes to service issues as we recognize its a training issue. Please, retrain and manage this place better. Omro doesn’t have a lot of options but I cannot imagine that with all of the continuous issues, it is going to last long as is. Food was just okay so for $80.00 I would say it’s not worth it. Probably wont return.

Snagged a couple of burgers and ice cream with a friend. Prices were pretty fair and the burgers were seasoned and cooked perfectly. Has some souvenirs, candy, honey and maple syrup for sale as well.

The food is always good, but the service is not. They’ve gotten our orders wrong multiple times(tomatoes when I ask for no tomatoes, no pickles when I ask for pickles, ect)

I stopped for a chunk of cheese. Sad that they didn’t have a big selection but I did find the cheese I wanted. Maybe they were just out of things cause it was the end of the day on a Sunday. They make take and bake pizzas and they have ice cream.

A cute little stop in a small town in the middle of your trip. Ice cream, cheeses and some charcuterie, delicious snacks, and souvenirs to boot. Make sure to stop sometime when you’re passing through omro on your way to Redgranite quarry.

Surprisingly good pizza. More of an icecream shop than a diner but with a fabulous cheese store inside. Pizza, lots of appetizers and several dishes to choose from but not a grand diner style menu. Save room for a cone or sundae featuring Cedarcrest ice cream. The pizza has a nice crunchy thin crust and generous toppings. Cheese curds were pretty good too. And free refills on soda when you dine in.

Food is good. Website says they deliver 7 days a week but lately it seems the schedule is “whenever they have a driver” which isn’t often- not when I call, anyway. Not really a big deal, but if they don’t deliver 7 days a week they shouldn’t advertise that they do.
