Please fix your drive thru drive way. There are huge holes driving up to the window. That can damage our vehicles. My tire went down in that hole. My food was excellent. The staff was really nice.

Drive thru did not listen to/could not comprehend order, even after repeating at least three separate times. Worker still asked questions about order at least twice that we’d already answered at least three times. They then proceeded to forget 1) our drinks, 2) the frosty, 3) the sauce they asked us multiple times to repeat our order for, and 4) did not customize the burger that we ordered and had to repeat (including the customization for “no onion”) at least three times. They also did not give us the actual burger we ordered. Do not go through the drive thru at this location, and be sure to check every single item you are given to ensure it’s what you ordered, and make sure you are actually given everything you ordered, because they didn’t manage to do any of those things right for us.

Today, I had thee worst experience at Wendy’s. We pulled up and began ordering after the drive thru worker said she was ready. This lady/girl at the drive thru was clearly not listening at all. She asked us repeatedly … literally at least five times what our order was. She kept asking again and again what the drink was. Finally we said, never mind… we’ll go elsewhere! The girl/lady replied back, *pops lips* “Oh my god!” We were thinking the same thing too, “yes, oh my God!” Like how many times do we have to tell you the same order??? Never again. Just save yourself the headache and go to a different location.

This location is absolutely atrocious. I’ve gone in multiple times and they have always gotten my order wrong. They charge me for things I order and don’t hand them out or give me my receipt. They also LOVE to close way before they are supposed to or their website says. I used to work at a Wendy’s and I understand they have teens and students, but it seems this location has NO adult supervision whatsoever.

So I pulled up to the drive-thru on Tuesday night. The kid said I’m sorry, we are closed. It was 8:50 p.m. and Wendy’s doesn’t normally close until ten. So what’s up with that? He said sorry. We are short staffed and the people that work here are students. I thought school was out. Where was the manager? I say this is not cool.

We saw an add on our tv for wendys since it had strawberry frosties now, and we decided to go. The first wendys that we went to ran out of all frosties but we got really good chicken nuggets, French fries, ghost pepper fries, and a junior hamburger. We decided to have another shot at a different wendys. It was closed. Then we tried one more time at a third Wendys. We checked online and it claimed it was opened. When we got there, it was closed! We ended up getting Dairy Queen which worked out perfectly. I am still very disappointed.

Went to the drive through a couple hours ago and no one was answering on the drive through or at the drive through window. cars would wait a few min. then drive off. There were people inside and it was the middle of the day sat so they were open.

I am highly upset that this place doesn’t provide alternative to the drive through. For those of us who have no choice to walk over here, it is highly dangerous for us. On top of that, that laughed at me for walking over, even though I don’t drive. I’m pretty sure that breaks some sort of law for not protecting people who can’t drive a safe alternative then standing in the drive through.
