What a great experience at this location. I have been to many differents carl’s jr, but hands down today was the best. I would definitely be coming back to this location. I drove through the drive through at 10:51 pm. I ordered “Hi can I order two number 12’s, a jalapeño poppers”. (Emmanuel asked 6 or 9.)” I said nine”. He asked anything else? and I told him yes fried zucchini’s. I got to the window paid and was handed my order with just the burgers, jalapeño poppers, and fried zucchini. I asked Emmanuel for the drinks he said we didn’t order drinks. I explained that I orders two number 12’s. He never asked if i wanted drinks or any thing. Took almost 15 minutes to pick up a delivery for doordash, 2 workers came ti the window and asked who I was picking up for. Tried making me pay 2x for people in cars behind me before waiting longer for the order.
