Pretty bad. The chicken was doused in flour. There was more skin on the chicken than actual meat. Instead of a biscuit they gave me two kings Hawaiian buns. If you don’t have biscuits just say that. They didn’t ask me what I wanted for my side and just gave me mashed potatoes.

The customer service was excellent, the only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the biscuits are always SUPER HARD!!!! FYI…. BISCUITS SHOULD BE SOFT AND FLUFFY… PLEASE STOP OVERCOOKING THEM

I forgot to take pictures but it wasn’t the best. The chicken was a bit hard. The shrimp dinner was good as well as the honey glazed biscuit. After the fact everyone should be aware the chicken and shrimps are cooked in the same grease. All fried food uses the same grease.

I’m pretty sure they don’t even make the spicy chicken anymore. No matter what time of day you go or how busy they are always out of spicy chicken and most likely at least one at the sides you ordered. And they won’t even tell you until after you get to the window
