Good afternoon Abigail: Our posted hours are 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, so our manager extended you a favor by allowing a 9 p.m. reservation. Sorry for your experience, but when you had not arrived at 9 p.m., we made a decision to close the restaurant as we did not receive a call that you were running late. Made a 9 pm reservation and received a phone call to confirm our reservation. When we arrived we were refused service with absolutely no attempt to change the taste left in our mouth. We came ready to spend a healthy amount of money and enjoy what looked like a very upscale and inviting steakhouse. How do you even allow us to make a reservation if you are going to tell us “we’re closed!!!!” AFTER LUKE called us and very kindly told us we WOULD BE served. Pretty piss poor customer service experience. I’m appalled at how the manager attempted to address the situation.

Within the last 24-36 months the quality of food decreased a lot. The steaks have hardly something to do with premium steaks (meat is low quality, vegetables are not fresh (cans), …). I was a few times there, but in the near future I will not come back.
