Ordered 2 shakers with the pizza (parm & red pepper) that were not included in the delivery. Called the shop and was told I could come pick them up or get a credit. They couldn’t send the delivery driver back because it was doordash. I didn’t get an option to pick a pizza hut delivery driver on the pizza hut mobile website, but they said they have them so it doesn’t make sense. Asked for a credit and never got anything. Both pizzas were cold and one was doughy. Had to cook it in the oven. Second time ordering from this place and never again as the first time there were issues too. I understand mistakes happen but they didn’t care to correct it.

Perfect Meat Loves and Personal Pan Pizzas! We haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in a long time but rec’d email for free Personal Pan which had been discontinued awhile ago to go with a Med/Lg Pizza. We gave the order to Williamson Rd and BOTH were Perfect! Lots of good ingredients and both cooked to perfection. Clean Store in and outside. We will be back. GOOD JOB to the Mgr there and his people.

Placed a $97 order (with tip) and they cancelled/voided my order after making it due to me not picking it up in their “allotted time frame” or whatever they referred to it as, without so much as even a phone call, email, or text. NO notification whatsoever. Supposedly was refunded back to my card, and still haven’t received the refund after over 2 weeks. When I informed them that I had gotten into a car accident on my way there, which obviously prolonged my pick up time GREATLY, I asked if they could remake the order and I was placed on hold and another person answered and got nasty with me about it and told me I needed to place another order since they had “voided it in [their] system” … I was SUPER disappointed that my dag gone almost $100 order was just thrown away without even contacting me, after I had gotten into a car accident. And to top it off, the staff had no empathy or remorse or any type of (human) emotion & were ridiculously rude.

Pizza Hut on Williamson Road, Roanoke, Virginia, 04.10.2023 @ 8:00p.m. Not the best neighborhood but the BEST service I have received in several other dine-in restaurants. My food was hot, ready and on time. They made exactly what I ordered. Both employees I interacted with were so nice, saying hello as I entered and wishing me a good evening as I left. Don’t sleep on Pizza Hut!!

It was ok, the food was actually good, but the service was not. basically stood in silence with no place to sit while waiting over 1/2 hour for my food after i had arrived. this was after getting to the store about 15 min after i ordered. I actually heard the employee tell another one to put mine in the oven. it hadnt even been started. There is no place to sit and they actually have signs saying “do not sit” on the ledge by the window, so you basically just have to stand there in complete silence as the front employee just worked on the computer. i honestly felt like i had “put them out” by ordering.
