IHOP never fails! I used to go to IHOP a lot when I was younger back in my home city of Rochester NY but sadly because of COVID-19 it shut down in late 2020, last summer during a trip to Erie me and my family decided to stop here for dinner and we were so please with our meals and the service! The staff was very friendly and helpful and we didn’t wait to long! I ordered the classic bacon cheeseburger and it was cooked to perfection! One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time, my sister ordered a chocolate chip pancake combo and she was very pleased! Definitely plan on stopping here next time in Erie! (Visited in August 2022)

Meridith was our waitress, she was very attentive, very pleasant , and helpful. Place was very busy wait time was only 15 minutes! Even though it was busy employees were very nice and the place was very clean. Only thing wrong was my sausage was cold. I would go again!

My wife and I went there this morning for our anniversary for breakfast before we went out on the day we had planned, walked in and they said it would be a 10-15 minute wait. Wasn’t a problem we waited 10 minutes and they never called our name and proceeded to call 5 other parties that had arrived after us an additional 20 minutes passed and by the time everyone was coming in and getting seated while we were still waiting caused us to leave It’s not as if the hostess didn’t see us we were sitting front of the desk however for the 30 minutes we were waiting there and getting passed up Caused us to feel that we were unimportant and unwanted at this establishment. Not the best start to the day

The hostess completely disregarded that we were there waiting after taking our name, even though we were sitting right in front of her and she looked at us multiple times. She told us 15 ish minutes and after just a few minutes she starting calling other groups (5 in total) that all came after us. We finally just decided to leave. Very unwelcoming and rude. Last time we went the food wasn’t even that good, we just had a gift card and didn’t feel like cooking so we decided to go. Never coming back just for them to waste our time again.

IHOP has the best french toast I have ever had in a restaurant bar none. I enjoyed my visit today and sadly rarely get to go even with locations so close. The customer service is great and I was impressed with how clean the restaurant was even with it raining hard outside. Good coffee too. I hope to go back again sooner than later and recommend a visit to breakfast lovers.

Food was mediocre. Host that seated us was amazing good energy and nice. Server was not friendly no service with a smile. Didn’t check on us until we were almost finished and ready for check. Food quality is not what it use to be.

I took my special needs child with me. He has autism and can be loud and hyper. Other customers were glaring but my waitress was very sweet and understanding even as packed as they were. Food was similar to any other breakfast place nothing too special but it was good.
