The food here was amazing! We had a party of 8 and everyone commented on how great the food was. This place is a hidden jewel. I wish our town had a restaurant like this. The fried pickles were wonderfully breaded/fried, the club sandwich (lots of meat), and my daughter loved the pretzel bites. My husband said the burger was great! You can’t go wrong here, the food is authentic. If we had a longer stay I would have wanted to try more items on the menu. If you stay at the Berry Hill Resort, it’s steps away from your hotel room :).

We ordered pretzel bites with beer cheese and then we split a club sandwich and tater tots. Everything was very good, but the Sangria was even better. They has indoor and outdoor dinning and live music.

So I recently moved to town and am so happy I found this place. Darby’s Tavern is a cool place to eat, drink and hang out. There are 4 different rooms in the tavern, plus the bar area, all decorated very cool, and one even has a FREE pool table! The manager, Crystal, is so accommodating and helpful. She even went out of her way to get diet tonic just for me! Now that’s what I call customer service. Such a pleasant atmosphere. The food is top notch here also. They have the BEST jalapeno poppers I have ever had in my life! The wings are outstanding, burgers are on point! If you haven’t been and are ever in the area plan a stop here.

Great little spot to get a drink and a nice bite to eat. Staff is super friendly and attentive – especially Crystal – atmosphere is beautiful and relaxed. This has become our go to spot. Always a smile when we walk in the door. There are 4 different rooms with their own feel, the bar is relaxed and laid back, there are 2 rooms to sit and eat, there is a room with a free pool table and the fourth room has room for a large private party. Such a fantastic place to visit for the atmosphere, history, and the food and drinks.

We stayed at Berry Hill over Labor Day weekend as a simple get away from everything trip. The atmosphere inside the tavern is fantastic, as is the outside dining. We ended up eating here 5 times during our long weekend. The food and drinks were great, and the servers were very attentive. We will definitely eat here the next time we stay at Berry Hill.

Warm inviting atmosphere but after that it’s not so good . Service is very disorganized. Not sure who our server was supposed to be, no one checked in on us, had to flag them down. I got the ribeye, it was prepared well but the cut was super fatty and veggies were gray. The property is pretty cool, I’d come back for a tour, not sure about Darbys
