I came in today at about 1 PM. The worker was running low on the stuff I wanted so i was nervous when i got to the counter. When he started to help me, he was all out of white rice. He asked if I wanted the rest of the white rice and then brown rice. I said sure and yet somehow i got less than a normal amount of rice? And the brown rice was undercooked and didn’t really have flavor . (I skip beans) When we got to chicken, I got the absolute very last bits of chicken in the pan before it got replaced and it was not warm and also had no flavor (unlike the chicken usually is). The salsas, corn, guac, and cheese I got all tasted great so overall I’m happy I got to eat a burrito. But I think I’ll stick to another location from here on out.

So i want the owners of chipotle to know that it took me awhile to decide to do this review but the hope is to get corporate to fix the restaurant not bad mouth the product, I still love chipotle and will enjoy it at the arden and auburn locations where i have not become sick eating it.

Paid pretty much $12 for a large cheese quesadilla and didnt get all the pieces so got ripped off as well as got a rock hard with 0 cheese..i was so mad and disappointed bc I have gotten these before at different locations and they have been cheesy and big. My daughter’s kids quesadilla had cheese but it was cold and not even melted…please don’t go here!

Customer service is not great. Staff does not seem to be efficient about providing service. I stood in line and was ignored for a few minutes before anyone said anything to me. I was the only person in line at the time. I asked the guy to put all of the toppings they provided on my bowl. Instead I got no toppings at all and a little bit of lettuce. It seems like he miss heard me and had a lid on my food before I even noticed the mistake lol.

I really enjoy the food at chipotle, I don’t usually go to this store. I think it would be too the stores benefit to hire a few more employees. I suggest eating at this place the food is very good, the portions are great.

Steak was fatty ended up throwing out most of it.the bowls were really small every other Chipotle I’ve been to they give healthy portions. Won’t be returning to this one on El camino behind canes.very dissatisfied
