This place has a lot of younger kids who goof around, way too much and don’t get people orders right away. I waited 25 mins for my food before I got mad and went to the cashier saying what was going on and cashier forgot my order before I said I order off kiosks. Then said oh. I was the only customer inside the building. Finally got my food the food was sticking on wrapping paper and way too much sauce for that cover tortilla wrap. Entire time laughing and joking around in the building with being very loud from their staff. The tables were so dirty there were food particles on tables and on the ground. No sorry from their staff. This place is more of a hang out than a fast food place. Never again.

I was at this Taco Bell on Tuesday night. I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and there was only 2 cars ahead of me. When I got my food I left and then checked my food. They gave me cheese sauce but no chips, a chicken wrap which was not the one I ordered, no straw, no napkins. I got back in line waited a long time again and then the guy practically threw the chips at me. This is the only Taco Bell I go to where there is always a problem.

The food is great just like every taco bell I’ve been to. But if your looking to get a deal be ready to be laughed at by the black manager there. The manager is a joke and should be fired since his ego is only filled only by making jokes about anyone who doesnt spend as much as he deems enough. A complete joke

I encountered a truly unfortunate experience at Taco Bell 321 Route 1,5 Wharton, NJ 035255. The worker, who was supposedly the manager of the store, showed me very disrespectful behavior. The incident happened in full view of the surveillance cameras and should have been caught on tape. I was also verbally harassed, and this should be documented as well. This event left me in tears and was definitely one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Stopped here around 9:30 pm on the way home. Service took longer than expected however the food was great. That was the most packed steak quesadilla I’ve had at a taco bell. They did not skimp!

I must say the owner of this location does not care for customers ordered over $50 and of course because it happend more than once they missed items now mind you guys I live 20mns from location so called up and told them I want refund so I hang up and go back they were not happy that I want my money back they called owner and of course franchise owner with the money they make says no way iwas getting money back they didn’t even allow to return order for refund so after 25mns and like atleast 20 soggy tacos and chicken fajitas they only gave me what they missed and the refund for the number 9 meal but by the time I got home food was disgusting because everyone know a taco that is eating almost a hour after made is not good so wasted money and worst of all have to throw most of food away…never again and trust me I network alot so will be calling corporate office and have conversation and discussion about this location and the audacity of one of the managers telling me I should have checked my order . I usually do but checking through 40 items is not easy but lesson learned neveeeeeeer go there again..

I purposely go inside so I don’t have to wait in the line. They serve at least 5-7 drive through people before they make my food. I also almost get hit by cars everytime I go in their location. They make drive through customers wait in the customer cross walk so they can bump the order so their numbers don’t look bad. I talked to a former employee and that’s what they told me. It’s really dangerous because you have to walk up the drive through because there are cars in the crosswalk . Corporate needs to get it together and stop giving the employees unrealistic drive-through time numbers
