I explicitly ordered a burrito bowl with crispy chicken with general two’s seasoning, with lettuce and NO BEANS combo. I received Beans, Chicken with no flavor and rice and needed to buy soda. I was also supposed to get chips with guacamole. We had to buy the soda separately. Also ordered chips and guacamole with a reward point. When I called they stayed that is what I ordered and too look on the receipt. And they made several bowls in between. Here I am put of $33 and nothing of what I ordered. This was at least the 3rd time we had an issue with Bubbakoo’s. Will not be planning on going there again! 3 strikes and your out!

I ordered a taco salad no shell, and this is the first time that I get the salad in a burrito bowl instead of a salad, which means it was half of what i normally get and for the same price? and Not to mention that they forgot to put sour cream and they aren’t generous with the amount of sauce they put in, I paid a total of $11 plus fees and tip through doordash so a total of $15 for this. NEVER did I ever have any bad experience with bubbakoos, and I couldn’t even return it since i got it delivered through a third party. I uploaded 2 pics – one is what I normally get (bottom pic) and the other one is what I got. Very disappointing and unappetizing.

Placed an order through door dash, order was totally wrong and half the order was missing. Soft tacos tortillas were actually stale…. spent $85 on a complete loss.

Ordered a bowl earlier tonight through doordash and took a bite to try it. Was good and left them a 5 star review on the app right after. Ate half the bowl and it barely had any steak which you pay more for. So i checked out the other half thinking the steak ended up on one side more than the other. But no, it just didnt come with much steak. It had enough of everything else but the steak. Maybe it was a fluke but it wasnt worth the price for a bowl with a tiny portion of steak added.

A lot of new employees. The guy who seems to be in charge sucks. Asked him 3 different times for extra cheese and he actually gave me less than regular cheese. You own a bubbakoos my guy drop the complex. Maybe that’s why he always has new employees. Mediocre at best.
