Called to pick up a pizza. The person I spoke to said 20 minutes. I showed up in 5 and waited. I used the bathroom, which hadn’t been attended to in a bit (floor was dirty and there was no toilet paper). After sitting at the bar for 10 minutes, one of the cooks asked what I was waiting for. I told him. He said there was no order for me. I left because I didn’t want to wait. Are all customers treated this way?

Tasty Italian options that go far beyond just pizza! I had some spaghetti, chicken soup, and Philly cheese steak that were great and the customer service was very friendly. I would highly recommend for anyone stopping at this city for a bite.

We love to try to support local restaurants, especially because the food choices here in Eagle can be very limited, but enough is enough with Pazzos. Picture says it all…meatball sub was just terrible and fries were basically so underdone to be limp/ lifeless/ sad/ inedible mush. Caesar dressing was also watered down with no flavor. Please make some changes…please.

If you are looking for great Italian food, keep looking. The food is ok, service is ok and the prices are probably high for the quality of food. Tried it twice within 10 days with the same result…everyone has a bad day so i gave them a second chance. I will find other places in the future.
