We placed an order for two pizzas. Once of the orders specified to have extra sauce on it, because it was cheese less. This order did not have extra sauce so it’s very dry. When opening the box for the pepperoni pizza one of the extra garlic butters was put on the top of the pizza. Since this was an online order we were notified of the progress steps. We live at most 6 minutes from the restaurant, yet it took over half an hour for our pizzas to make it to our home. I hate to say this, but I regret the cash tip we left, because I’m honestly not sure that the service we recieved was worthy of one.

Deserved 0 stars. Delivered my moms pizza to our house and left it on the cement floor. Then ants got in our pizza. When we got it from outside. We went to the store because none of our phone calls were being accepted. And then they proceeded to tell us they were going to give a new pizza and locked the doors and declined the calls after. Very unprofessional and a waste of our time and money. Will never be supporting them again.

What I just experienced is the worst “service” I have encountered in my life. I showed up to pick up my order and there were 4 other people waiting while, who appeared to be the manager was just walking around sweeping with headphones on, while all the other employees were visibly very busy making pizzas. After about 10 minutes one of the other waiting customers got the managers attention and asked if he could check if his pizza was ready, the manger made one of the busy employees stop what he was doing to check out this customer and walked away. None of the other customers waiting in line were still even acknowledged. After another 10 minutes of all the customers in the lobby waiting to even be acknowledged, I got the managers attention and asked if he could see if my pizza was ready. He proceeded to what can only be described as an animal puffing out his chest and told me I “should wear a name tag so they know who’s waiting” I told him we had been out there waiting and he hadn’t even acknowledged any of us in the lobby while he was just sweeping, he then said “ I don’t care about you” and handed me my pizza, which had been ready the entire time we had been waiting. I’m so disgusted by this behavior and won’t be back for sure, which doesn’t really matter since as he said they don’t care. I wish there was another Papa John’s in the area since it’s my favorite, but oh well. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else where they at least don’t act like an animal challenging you when you just ask for your food.

I’d give zero stars on the service if I could. Placed an order online and my confirmation email had a different amount for the bill. I called and the “manager” answered with attitude and gave me the total and hung up on me right away. I called back to tell them to cancel my order. Instead of answering my call I got hung up on 2 more times.

When ordering food online for delivery, it said it would be delivered in 37 minutes, which is reasonable. However, it took an hour and 40 minutes to be delivered. The food tasted like it was made an hour and 40 minutes ago too, very cold. If you don’t have a way to deliver it on time, how about calling the customer to see if they want to pick up, cancel, or wait? Papa Johns has been using doordash to deliver for moths now.

I had ordered extra cheese on my pizza. Not given extra. I ordered pepperoni and mushroom, small amount on the pizza. When I called to order, there was a foreign person on that phone, talking fast, and hard to understand. I asked him to let me talk to some one else. He hung up. I had to call back. I order their New York style pizza tonight and it showed up dry and really unappetizing, nothing like the picture. I always order from papa johns and they never fail, except for today. I paid $12 for this pizza and I could have gotten better from the freezer section at meijers.

One of the employees held the refrigerator open with his head, and very rude to the customers. The wait for one pizza was beyond to long. Another customer was waiting for about 45minutes and he called it in prior to showing up to get it. The employee told him he didn’t care about him and how long he waited for his order. And on top of that the bathrooms were beyond dirty.
