This place did not disappoint. We’ve been waiting anxiously for its opening, and it has arrived. We were greeted promptly by a hostess, seated, and approached by our server swiftly. I will add all the tables were full at 9:30 on a Tuesday morning. The food came out of the kitchen in a timely manner, and was fantastic, the coffee delicious and hot, even the plates and utensils were impressive. Decor is very up to date, pleasing and calming. I would highly recommend this restaurant, and I’m very particular.

Let’s talk about MorninGlory Restaurant. I’ve been eagerly waiting for this restaurant to open here in Lakeway, Texas ever since it was announced a few months ago. And guess what? Today, we finally got to try it for the first time, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!

We visited MorninGlory shortly after they opened and it exceeded my expectations! They’re still offering a limited menu, but still have plenty to offer for breakfast. Typically when places first open, there are kinks to work out with service, food, etc. but everything was great. We had the fluff cakes, mushroom toast, cortado and beet latte. All were delicious! Service was prompt and staff is friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Good food, a little pricey. I had $15 fluffy cakes (pancakes). We arrived at 8am on a Sunday, and the restaurant was already fairly busy. Espresso machine wasn’t working at the time, so I couldn’t try any of the lattes. Service was great!

This is such a great addition to Lakeway. Beautiful modern space and bright creative menu. We were greeted with a warm welcome at the door by Brianna- who let us know there would be a short wait. The restaurant was bustling. She helped us order coffees while we waited. Our table was quickly made available. My latte was perfect. My husband’s dark roast coffee was spot on. Our food came out fast and the plating was beautiful. Both of us raved about our food. I highly recommend the Dulce de leche French toast. All of the waitstaff were upbeat and so helpful. The owner came over to greet us. He has a great vision and plans to expand the menu even more in the future. We loved seeing him hands on working alongside the staff at a busy brunch rush during the soft opening. No hesitation in recommending.

We have been waiting to try out Morning Glory and it was so good! We got the breakfast sandwich, the mushroom toast, and pancakes and they were all amazing. I tried their matcha latte and it was pretty good as well! The hostess was so sweet and gave us free banana bread when someone had just taken their medicine and needed food asap- very kind! We will definitely be back!
