Prices are unreasonable for pizza. Pizza that I found a hair in. I love pizza. One of my favorite foods, my husband didn’t even want to go there because they charge so much and still ask for a tip and then I got sick and couldn’t eat because I found a hair while eating. Used to love this place but the service has declined tremendously and the prices have really went up too much.

Placed an online order waited 2 hours it never showed I called 6 times before anyone ever answered the phone just to tell me my food has been ready for over an hour but that they use door dash for delivery and no one would bring it so I cancelled my order!!! Won’t be using them again!! Bad business

The Pizza was good, albeit a bit expensive. Over $50 for 2 large. I probably wouldn’t be as irritated had their customer service in the store not been so bad. I walked in to picked up and it took over 5 minutes for the young lady at the front counter to even acknowledge I was there. I could see she was in the middle of something, but an acknowledgment to say “I’ll be right with you” would have sufficed. Then when she did finally speak it was attitude.

I ordered contactless pickup. Got to the store, called the number 5 times and no one answered. Saw a young man walk out the building and go behind the building. Finally went inside and said hello numerous times as there was no one up front. I finally had to go in the back and get someone’s attention.

We were on a road trip and stopped here for supper. It is take-out only and a bit pricey, but this Pizza Hut was better than any other one I’ve been to so far, and I’ve been to several different ones in several states. Only 4 stars because it is high priced!

We placed an order so late, and so close to closing had I worked there, I would have been less than thrilled, but the gentleman working were so amazing!! They were so nice and the food was AMAZING. Honestly, the best Pizza Hut meal I have ever had. The Cinnamon rolls are a must have, the wings, yum, and pizza, so good, everything was perfect. Everything was delicious. Probably the best overall experience I have ever had at any Pizza Hut, ever! I won’t go to a different location ever again. ❤️
