Not me but the customer in front of me..the drive thru employee was extremely rude to him. The customer pulled up to the window and said he didn’t want his order (I don’t blame him) as he pulled away the drive thru employee. Hung out the window and told him to go back to Mexico. I heard the entire conversation the customer politely asked for not a lot of ice in his drink. I wont be back….! This was 8/31/2023 at approximately 1:10pm. There is no excuse for this !

Very poorly managed. BK should be ashamed of this restaurant carrying the BK flag. Can’t believe this location is still open. Much better restaurants have closed for various reasons; yet this one remains. One of the few times I have ever been so utterly disrespected by another human being. The employee and the manager were cutting up and laughing and cursing between each other, and not paying any attention to the paying customers in at the registers ready to order. Sorry that I interrupted their playtime. I know, “have fun at work!” But- no apologies whatsoever from the manager. Then at 2pm, all the doors were locked, with several customers still inside having their meals. When customers were done eating and reading to leave, no one was around to open the doors for them to leave- the few employees went back to their posts, and others left for the day. Needless to say, I will never, ever return to this restaurant. And I love a Whopper!

Ordered 2 Original Chicken sandwiches they looked like they had been cooked in old grease. Looked like they were overcooked. I went through the drive thru employee was nice and friendly. Not sure if I will be returning to this store or not.

Tables need cleaned, no available ketchup to pump out so had to ask for extra ketchup. Ordered meal for here but packed to go. As for the food: fries were Luke warm at best. Chicken bacon swiss deluxe was sadly disappointing with a cheap, thinner white chicken patty, and way to much mayo as it was coated on both sides and dripping out of the sandwich. In addition the chicken had a old grease taste. So disappointed as I hav experienced this sandwich else where and the quality and taste was delicious.

Worst service ever. I don’t expect to be treated as if I am going to a 5 star restaurant but I would like to be acknowledged when I pull up to order my food. Instead you can expect to wait 5-10 minutes at an empty drive thru line before being acknowledged. Once you get one of the 5 employees working at this empty establishment you are greeted with a miserable person. I get it, the job isn’t glamorous but it would be nice if the employee taking my order listened to my order-you know to avoid messing up my 40 order for my family. Once you finally get your food, you can expect to find human hairs in your poorly wrapped cold burger. I have had multiple instances of human hair in my food from this location and brushed it off as a mistake, low staff or just carelessness. After tonight, it’s just hygiene. This location is disgusting. I would advise against going to this location and judging from the reviews it doesn’t seem like this location will last long at all.
