Haven’t had an Arby’s sandwich for years. And won’t again. Got 2 half pound sliced beef. We did drive thru. When got home, both of our buns were old and stale and hard as rocks on the edges and the meat was gooey!

Fries are always old here, and sometimes only half full. Management is rude and dishonest. They charged extra on a coupon and told me it was in the fine print. I had an identical coupon at home, and it wasn’t, he lied. But who cares? The food is terrible at this location anyway. What’s with the giant chunks of weird meat/fat in the sandwiches? You don’t serve that play of the roast, at least not at the location I worked at 25 years ago.

I stopped by here last week, and they have a sign that they were out of shakes. When I asked about it, they stated the machine was broken. I ordered and paid for the sweet heat burger. After waiting about 10 minutes, they came and informed me they were out of the sweet heat and couldn’t make may meal.

The dining room is open again! I love to eat at this Arby’s. The food is always hot and delicious. There seems to be a new crew of workers who are very friendly and helpful, and they quickly fix any issues. The dining area is never crowded.

Bro the sign under the Arby’s sign says lobby open with it was not, and the service was TERRIBLE!!!. They take way to long to serve you the food when there isn’t even a line. Plus the sandwiches had mystery meat in them not roast beef. 0/10
