4 THE BRUNOS
My family went for lunch on 8/20/23 and arrived as they opened. There was food crumbs and other debris on the tables and floor. The floor looked like it had not been swept or mopped. I had to brush crumbs off the chair prior to sitting down and the table was sticky. There were food crumbs under the table and a piece of what looked like a piece of steak on the floor. It was very obvious the restaurant had not been cleaned prior to opening. It certainly made me wonder what the kitchen looked like. The food and service were ok but due to the cleanliness we won’t be returning there.

We placed an order for delivery by Door Dash tonight. The order was about 15 minutes late and food close to cold, but that’s not unusual as we are not super close to the restaurant, but we did notice the driver was very slow. My husband had steak fajitas and was unable to eat 99% of the meat because it was so tough. Very disappointing. Will have to remember to order chicken next time.

Haven’t been to Chili’s for years since my last visit was so bad. Thought it was time to give them another try. Wrong!! The wall next to our table was splattered with food. Employees do not know the menu. I ordered their new crispy chicken strips. They were like rubber. No crisp at all. I asked if they were heated in a microwave. Waiter sad no. They brought me a second plate. No difference. Wife got a chicken and shrimp dish. She said it was just okay. Score one for them. Manager came past our table and only glared as she passed. Save yourself go anywhere else.

I was this place without expecting much about the food, the truth is that the food we ordered delicious, in good temperature, and the best thing was the service of KARINA attended very friendly. With patience, at all times smiling, definitely the service complement the quality of the food, more waitresses like her, who carry the word “quality in service” to the next level. highly recommended, many restaurants forget the most essential thing is to train their staff to give the customer a service with QUALITY

Most of the experience was good. Coffee and coffee creamer were disappointing. One of the creamers was already opened and the contents were brown and clumpy. They didn’t automatically give me a spoon so I could stir in the sugar.
