Owner, Employees sure know how to make things right when it comes to customer service. Ordered food not too long ago and the food was delicious and the owner/management staff went above and beyond to make things right for me and make sure I was a satisfied customer. I don’t know who’s keeping this store in business. I ordered the chicken parm dinner and it was awful. Literally 0/10. The chicken cutlet was so nasty. It smelled and tasted so bad I had to throw it out. They are supposedly famous for their bread rolls but the roll that I got was cut from a baguette that I doubt they made. It was dry and absolutely not fresh. I was really craving a good Italian experience but this place is absolutely not it. Would never step foot in there again. An establishment that serves food like that should really be out of business. Pasianos you do not have my support and I will be spending my money at a different local spot that puts effort into their food and has the decency to hold themselves to better standards that you obviously do not.

The food took a long time to deliver, they said it will take an hour but they delivered it in an hour and half. Chicken calazone and 10 peice wings are $34 also the delivery guy did not have change and took a $6 tip. As you can see in this picture the food is very nasty and greasy food is not appetizing. I do not recommend at all.

Seriously every time I order from this place they always forget something and really the pizza is freaking cold like always that’s it. I’m done ordering from that nasty place and also very unprofessional. Their food is disgusting. They take about three hours to deliver and always forgetting our beverages. This is not a to go to spot. Trust me.

Years ago when I lived nearby, I would come here a lot. At that time, the best guy ever ran the establishment and, his name was Sal. I never had complaints about the food because there wasn’t much reason. The breadsticks were always perfectly cooked with the right amount of cheese and butter and, the pizza and subs always made you come back for more. That was not the case the other day. Sal hasn’t been there for years and has apparently gone on to have his own establishment (Wish I knew where he was) but, this was a disappointment to say the least. I ordered two different subs that were similar and asked that they be marked so that we’d know the difference (Nothinglike someone manhandling your food to make you not want it); that didn’t happen. There were items that I’d asked to have removed from each sub; that didn’t happen. And the smell used to be intoxicating making you hungrier once youwere inside. When I walked in this time, it smelled like sewer problems. No matter who the owner is, I hope they understand that Paisano’s is a legacy and, there food deserves to continue to be that way. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

Unbelievable pizza. Great service. Prompt delivery. Super clean. I called in a giant order for my office and everyone was so impressed. + They delivered during a blizzard for us and it got here piping hot. 10 out of 10 stars.

Prices are cheap because the food really isn’t that good. I ordered from here twice. First time i tried their version of a margarita pizza and it was not good. So i tried to give them a second try and ordered a simple thin crust cheese. This is in no way thin crust. I tell the worker that it dosen’t look like a thin crust. He says yes it is he made it himself
