Learned from FB they are newly open so can’t wait to try it, really good Mexican foods! Especially for their Carnitas taco, probably the best I’ve try in Metro KC area! Drinks are good too. I went Friday night was busy, they are a bit out of service but you can see they have ambitions and enthusiasm to do them well. Can’t wait to try more!

BEWARE! if you use a credit card you will be charged 4% ON EVERY ITEM YOU ORDER AND NOT TOLD UNTIL YOUR BILL COMES. So my friend I wanted to try this new place and off we went. First, they need more help. It was obvious the 2 servers were overwhelmed. Second, margaritas are very watery (see photos). Third, the food is meh. I had a bean burrito suiza with rice and beans. It was so so. The salsa is very good as was the guacamole which was definitely homemade and not from a tub purchased at dillons. When my bill came (see photos) i noticed the prices were a bit higher than the menu. That’s when I noticed the wording on the bill (see photos). I asked the server who was very nervous (not his fault) about it and he called the manager. The manager said that was the policy and that was that. Ok, so I gave him my debit card and the manager said, “same policy. 4% o a debit card.” WHAT? ARE YOU KIDDING? it’s a DEBIT card!!! Wow. Probably illegal to charge a debit card and I told him so. I will NOT be back. Disappointing that you need to blindside patrons with a 4% upcharge for using credit cards AND debit cards. NEVER EVER GOING TO FIESTA CANCUN AGAIN.

Great restaurant! We went for dinner on a Saturday night and the service was friendly and fast. We ordered margaritas and they were super affordable and delicious! The food was flavorful and the portions enough for leftovers the next day which we devoured. They are generous with the salsa and I asked for the hottest salsa which they brought out and it was a pleasant build of heat. Looking forward to going again!

Great service, amazing waitress. Was hesitant after some reviews but margaritas were yummy (not watered down), service was great (not lazy as another posted). Went for $2 taco Tue and the beef tacos were top notch, moist and delicious unlike many places with overcooked and dry. The chips and salsa were fresh and tasty as well. I’ll be making this place a normal go-to, they absolutely deserve some more 5 star reviews.
