Well, everything was nice until you could tell the lady or clerk was giving pizza to her friends for free. I told her who is he that he doesn’t even pay for the pizza. Then after that she told him to come back and pay for it. Because me and the wife had seen him walk out with the soda two liter without paying. The place won’t be around long with inside jobs like this occurring. Not to mention the bad service.

Ordered an Extra Most Bestest pizza and they don’t make them like they used to in the beginning when they first came out. Actually I’ve been to a couple of Lil Caesars and they don’t, they just charge you more and give you a regular hot n ready. At other stores I’ve asked for the personal pizza and they told me they don’t make them after lunch when I had ordered them at later time. Use to be a frequent shopper and would look for stores in any city i go to but not anymore since they just sell you whatever the heck they want.☹️

I recently twisted my knee, and am barely getting around with a cane. On 11/19 I ordered several items. They did not offer me a bag or any way of carrying it out any easier. Not only did they not offer to get the door for me, as I was leaving an employee came up behind me and I thought she was going to hold the door open. Instead she pulled it closed, just slammed it behind me. The door was super heavy to begin with, I guess I was struggling too much & letting out the a/c.

Just quit a week ago for various reasons. One reason is that the place is nasty. The prep surfaces get “wiped down” but walls and other surfaces have decaying food stuck to it. The “no touch after cooked” is good misdirection. Before the pizza is cooked the dough has been handled by up to 5 people and the pizza assembled by up to 2 people with bare and often unwashed hands. (But heat kills germs right?) The medium pizza pans are never washed. They will have crusted pieces from the last pizza when the new dough is put in. The sink backs up from the greasetrap and coats the fresh washed (kinda) dishes with the unclean water that sits in the pipes. There are plenty of other grievances I could go on about but I’ll save them for another day.

Went to order 1 hot and ready cheese pizza, the cashier rang us up for 2 but we decided what the heck we will have 1 for tomorrow then. We sat down to wait and the whole time female cashiers were back there giggling and messing around. After a good 20 minutes we got our pizzas brought them home and found that they are extremely burnt and taste like card board. Extremely not impressed with this location, very unprofessional of the staff and poor food.

Manager said 2 minutes for my order, completely forgets about it and the entire store isn’t aware until I complained after 10 minutes of being ignored by the manger. Unacceptable, especially for the manager, I expect better from little Caesars selected management qualification. I have worked in the fast food industry, just unacceptable
