This dunkin literally is the worst dunkin I’ve ever have to go to….. the managers are miserable and the fat Spanish girl and older white woman there are always rushing you, they never get orders right, and they act like any slight change to an order is a huge problem. They can’t even get less ice right. They should really be put under new management because all the management there and the girls they have working there should not be dealing with people with the way they act. They’re rude, ignorant, don’t care about the customers one bit, rush you, never are fast even with tiny orders and make the parking lot stack up, they just need a whole new team there because it honestly has to be the worst dunkin I’ve ever gone to in my life tbh.

I ordered hash browns, and a large iced coffee. Well the coffee was made totally wrong, the hash browns were old from the top drawer. I specifically asked for fresh ones prior to ordered. The manager person just completely ignored mt requests when “she” took my order. This has to be one of the dirtier and poor manager Dunkin Donuts that I have ever visited.

This the best Dunkin that I’ve ever been to. It is so clean and the coffee is always perfect! Nicole Hutnik is an amazing manager who always gives back to the Howell community. Thanks to her and this Dunkin who donated several dozen donuts to a Make-A-Wish fundraiser. In addition to that she donated coffee and hot chocolate for a teachers’ appreciation event. Nicole always goes the extra mile for her customers and her community. This is the best Dunkin around because of Nicole Hutnik!

I have been to this location multiple times and never had a good experience. Previous times I have listened to the immature staff laugh at me and mess up my orders before to the point where it was a hassle just to get it fixed. Today I ordered a large coffee and was given a small size. I tried going inside to have it fixed and the door was locked during public hours ? Super confused and the staff was even more rude when I went back around. I don’t understand the immaturity and incompetence. Shame on you guys.
