I’ve been to Peru. I eat a lot of Peruvian food made by my Peruvian friends so if not an expert on Peruvian food, for sure someone with a lot of experience with the cuisine. I can tell you that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. So delicious and authentic! The price point was good and the portions were large. The presentation was also above expectations. Only drawback was the noise outdoors from a busy intersection. The dining room is nice albeit a bit lacking in charm. I would skip the Eminem soundtrack which felt out of place. But all in all it was a fabulous meal on par with what you eat in Peru, Miami.. Manhattan. Good stuff.

AMAZING!! there are so many Peruvian restaurants in this area but this is by far the best and most authentic one. We ordered way more than enough for 4 but we had to finish it all because we could not stop going for more! The seafood in the Jalea was so fresh (mostly calamari rings but also had shrimp and fish). The ceviche was great and and the lomo saltado had great flavor and the meat was cooked to perfection. I am already craving their food writing this review… I cannot wait to come back

The meat was pink !!! & I didn’t even know it was pink. I started to pick around the chicken with the fork seen this. The rice was good but I’ll never order from here again

Just moved to Ossining 5 days ago and was so excited to discover this Peruvian restaurant!!! The interior design is super nice and the waiters are also really kind. I came with my family and we spent a total of (including tip) $92 which was well worth it. Not pictured is the aji de gallina that I got and unfortunately that was underwhelming 🙁 but the ceviche was to DIE for and I can’t remember the name of the other plate in the photo but it was really really good. The following day I got takeout arroz Chaufa and this was absolutely delicious!! I’ll make my way through the menu but despite the sad aji de gallina that lacked the flavor I was hoping for, everything else was scrumptious and plate-licking worthy!

One of the best ceviche I have ever had! The shrimp saltado was delicious and the lunch portion was just right. The tres leche ended the meal perfectly. I loved the Peruvian soda. The restaurant was clean and well kept and the service was friendly and prompt. I will be coming back here often.

I need to start off by saying I am absolutely biased with Peruvian cuisine. I grew up in a part of Passaic County NJ with a large Peruvian community. So please Peruvian restaurants; come correct. Boy of boy, Aji Limo brought it. So of the best food I’ve had in a minute. My fave all time Peruvian dish is Aji de gallina and this one was a 99.99% rating. Would’ve been perfect except it has this purple olive sauce (I hate olives unless in a martini). The Octopus Anticuchero may have been one of my fave apps ever. Like serious punch or kiss someone in the face type of bomb! We also had two different saltados. Excellent bc they were done a bit differently were it wasn’t to “wet”. My friends if you are randomly in this area. Please stop by and be absolutely blown and surprised. Service was awesome too! Salud.

Food was overall bland (we had the beef stew, cuarteto limo). The waiter asked if we wanted the ceviche spicy but it was not (we said very spicy, even my kids said it wasn’t).
