Food was really good, awesome customer service even when they were really busy! Lots of choices for toppings and sauces. Wish they had better desserts. We bought the smores, and it was nasty unfortunately. I had high hopes for it. But I’ll never buy them again. Love that they decided to use different type of lids for the drinks so there’s no straws. Would rather this than so many places going to paper straws which fall apart fast and are just gross. But easy to find location, good amount of seating. Overall good visit. Except for dessert .

Food was great. The guys making the pizza were nice and friendly. Manager shouldn’t blame customers for him not communicating with staff to find out who’s next to order. The place where they keeps is next-level disgusting as well as the bathrooms. Normally visit Blaze in Canada. This was our first US location and hopefully the only one in this dirty condition.
