Ordered for work lunch during a training day. Didn’t have an opportunity to leave to get lunch. Went to add my mayonnaise and this is the turkey I got. I’ve never seen anything nastier. I called to tell them and they said “and?” Like they couldn’t have cared less. She said they’d refund me and I said I mean I would just like a new sandwich I don’t have any other option and she said it’d look the same and come from the same pack of turkey. Tell me you’d eat this… I don’t know how someone put this on a sandwich and thought it’d be okay to serve.

Could be the day, but they were not freaky fast. Ordering was fine, but took 15 min to prep one sandwich. Pickup at the end was chaotic and some sort of name or number system would have been more efficient. The sub was good though.

Just waited 24 minutes to get a turkey sandwich. It’s often packed in this location with only 1 or 2 people working like crazy. What is the management doing here, hire more staff or your current staff and customers won’t put up with this long. Only reason they didn’t get 1 star is because of the staff, very friendly.

Placed an online order for pickup yesterday shortly before close. Arrived 7 minutes before closing time and the doors were already locked and nobody was around. Took my money and probably took my $30 order as well. SHAMEFUL. Don’t take my money if you intend to close early!!!
