I always enjoy stopping for lunch at Rojas Kitchen when I am passing through Smith County. They have both good home cooking and Mexican food on their menu. I have always have gotten good food whatever I ordered. And the staff is always friendly. I had the homemade chicken salad today with a a side of pinto beans. I look forward to the next chance I get to stop in.

Doesn’t get much better than this, a meat & three with Mexican flair. All your Southern favorites are wonderful from chicken livers, to greens, to country fried steak, to creamy mashed potatoes. Only thing sweeter than the tea are the prices, we’ll be back!

Really great friendly staff, awesome food. I’ve never actually ate inside I’ve always ordered takeout so I can’t speak too much on atmosphere but I love their varieties of food on different days. This is a great addition to the restaurant availability lineup that we have in Carthage that’s limited. I was extremely glad when this restaurant was opened.

Great place to get some good home cooking, great sweet tea, desserts, I’ve eaten here several times and I have no complaints. If your ever in the area I would highly recommend stopping in and giving them a whirl, breakfast, lunch or supper, you won’t go wrong.

Very good food. I had pinto beans, okra, country fried chicken and potatoes with white gravy. I put some of my corn bread in my beans. This was our second trip to the restaurant. We will be back. They offer lots of other types of foods From Bbq to Mexican food.

I am new to this place. My mother brought me here and I really like the Ruben. I expected it to be sliced deli meat but it’s not- it’s proper corned beef! This was my second visit, I had the salmon patty on the first visit and that was delicious as well! The staff are all super friendly too which makes this place outstanding! Thanks for being here 🙂

This place has such a cosy atmosphere and the food never disappoints us. We try to eat here once a week to show our support. The food is is cheap too. We feed 4 people for about $40! (Excluding tips)
