The worst most disrespectful staff. I understand working in fast food. I have worked in fast food several times and I get it. But forgetting things, consistently asking, anything else after every single item I ordered with 4 people getting things and the two that took my order and gave me my food were both super snippy and pushy. AVOID THIS LOCATION! We ordered the 8 piece tenders family meal and they did not offer any sauce for the tenders nor did they give us any honey or butter for the biscuits. Also, the tenders tasted like they were fried hours ago. They were very dry and soggy with zero crunch, lukewarm and also extremely salty. The only thing that was remotely fresh were the fries we got as a side. The biscuits were extremely dry and inedible and the mac n cheese was terrible. What exactly am I spending over $35 for? The food is much better at other locations. Stay away from here because they have no standards and jip you of condiments.

Went in for a breast and thigh in original recipe. It’s 8:50 on a Friday night. I pulled up to the ordering kiosk. “I’d like a breast and thigh in original please.” “We don’t have breast or thigh in original.” I asked about extra krispy. Long pause… “I have a thigh in extra krispy.” I said, “Ok, I’d like a 12 pack of nuggets.” “We’re out of nuggets too.” I asked what they did have and he suggested taco bell stuff. I didn’t WANT taco bell stuff. If I wanted taco stuff, I’d have been at Taco Time down the street. I said, “What the hell, this is Kernal Chicken, and you got no chicken?” “We have Taco Bell.” What kind of way is THAT to run a business? I guess it’s okay though, they probably would have screwed up the order like they do every other time anyhow.

I haven’t been to a KFC for some time. Tonight, it just sounded good to me. I ordered alacart. 3 chicken tenders and single order of cole slaw. The cole slaw tasted old and chicken was dry and less than luke warm. Pretty humble. Very disappointed.

I always rate KFC Taco Bells higher for a reason: They have fried chicken and Baja Blast. They’ve messed up my orders here a few times, forgetting things. Can be stupidly backed up or completely clear, but not in-between. Staff can have attitude sometimes.
