We recently started visiting this Dunkin and I gotta say they are really hit or miss when it comes to the quality of their food and the accuracy. We have gone quite a few times in the last several weeks and it’s almost guaranteed that they will forget the sprinkles if you order a sprinkled donut ( ‍♀️) .. I also wouldn’t recommend ordering the breakfast tacos on their own, because there’s really not a lot there. I order the hash browns on the side and add them to the tacos and together they are really good! The reason we keep going back is because we love the refreshers! My husband also loves their maple donuts and their breakfast sandwiches are delicious (although a bit expensive).

I somehow have zero issues ordering my drinks from Starbucks. And out of the 6 times I’ve gone here, only 1 time was it ok. The coffee is always bitter no matter how I order my iced latte. I asked for just a little more milk than usual and told them why and this last time they basically gave me barely coffee flavored milk when I just wanted a little more. Like 2 tablespoons more. My mocha iced latte is as white as a piece of paper.

Compared to other Dunkin’ Donuts locations I’ve been to, I am very unimpressed with this new location. 7 staff were behind the counter at the time. I was one of the only people inside, and a few cars were in the drive-thru. The staff appear flabbergasted while working, and I was waiting over 20 minutes from my time of placing a mobile order for a couple of donuts and a few drinks. The hot chocolates we ordered tasted like hot dish water. There was little to no flavoring in the drink, so we had to throw them away. With the munchkins, the inconsistency of size and texture were strange. Overall, there are many other locations in this area that hold higher standards, and therefore, I will just resort to North Hamilton for now. Very disappointed by this visit 🙁

Able to go inside, order, and sit inside! Staff were very busy with the drive thru and were apologetic for our wait (only 4 minutes!). They were very friendly, kind, and chatty. The dontus tasted really fresh! I tried the cold brew with sweet cream for the first time and it was amazing!

I have a long drive, and I get donuts and a drink. The last time I was there, they were busy as usual, but the customer service was unprofessional. After I paid, the lady gave me my order without receipt and my change. When she asked what was wrong, I said I’m missing my receipt and change. She said it’s 2 cents with an attitude and asked if I really want it. I had 45min drive and didn’t have time to be petty or complian. Smile and said your right keep the change.

A clean new dunkin donuts in the johnstown exit off of 161. Really depends on the day you go and who is working there. Some people are really courteous and get everything right…others seem like they don’t want to be there and will just give you the drink whichever way it comes and will most likely forget some items from your order.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this is the 3rd time I have been to the dunkin in Johnstown and have been disappointed. Staff is friendly, however instead of restocking the donuts they are working out of a cart by the drivethru. Makes it really hard for a customer to choose. There was a family in front of my and the kids wanted a donut with sprinkles, to which there was only 1 in the display and a while tray in there cart and yet the cashier said we only have one when there was a whole tray on top she was just too short to see them. Long story short instead of having 3 people by the drive thru and 2 of them on their phone maybe they could restock the display and possible reload napkins so everyone doesn’t have to ask and maybe sweep up a little. I know this isn’t the best job in the world but have some respect for what you do and work hard no matter what. Maybe I’ll try again someday here.

Tried calling them all day to place an order for 5 dozen donuts but they wouldn’t answer. Finally around d 4pm I let it ring til someone answered (about 6 minutes). Their reply was that their bake for tomorrow was already done so they can’t take my order. If they had answered the call earlier when I called around 11am maybe I would have gotten my order for my associates last day of work.

I went to the Dunkin on Morse Rd near Clintonville a year or so ago. It was quite terrible and I just thought Dunkin must suck. I visited the new Albany location as a last resort today and was pleasantly surprised. My sandwich and hash browns were hot and fresh. Service was great with friendly staff.

Worst Duncan Donuts I have ever been to. You would think that being a new shop, that they would like to do a great job. I ordered 3 apple fritters, and 3 cream filled. $10.44! The apple fritters were not cooked all the way through,with actual dough in the middle, and the cream filled were so hard. Will not be back.
