Store was a mess, no clean tables to sit at. Got stuck sitting in a tiny booth. Front counter cashier was not so friendly, acted as though we were a burden to take care of. Floors were nasty. If this is the new and improved Arby’s, take it back. Yuck!

Arby’s has improved since the last time I was there. Besides their sandwich meat a little sloppy made. But that’s to be expected with those type of sandwiches. Especially the drive-through has improved. Great customer service. He greeted with a smile repeated back our order. Make sure everything was correct. The service on this visit was superb! Over and above anyplace else I’ve been in a long time. Seems like the French dip has gotten smaller, although prices have gone up. Mac and cheese was okay. Sure miss the cordon bleu sandwich. Speed of getting the food out was great and the place was very clean.

Drive thru window, ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches. Polite person, offered sauces and was prompt and quick once we were at the window. It was lunch time so the line was a bit slow as it was to be expected. Overall, good food and good service.
