If you want a great place to have some chicken salad, this is the place for you. I had the Fancy Nancy, spicy pimento cheese and broccoli salad. Yummy! Staff is friendly, atmosphere is relaxing and casual. The restaurant is clean with outside seating.

Ive been to almost every restaurant there is in ocala and lately service and even quality of food has just been declining, i mean you expect good service if you’re paying for it right? Well let me tell you about this gem I discovered today called chicken salad chick! This is hands down the best place I’ve experienced lunch at in quite a while, there was literally no disappointment on anything! The atmosphere is amazing, the food came out before i could barely get a drink (mind you this is all in the middle of a lunch rush) and it was delicious and the quality was there and and and…words couldn’t describe how awesome this experience was for me so you go get your experience and you wont be disappointed. Serious you need to go check this place out if you’ve been meaning to!

I like the food but they No longer offer carry out call on service, so if you are in a hurry at Lunch this is Not the place to eat even though it seems like a fast food place. The service extremely slow. They are nice but the pos system they use is difficult to navigate and they hand out orders after they take 3 orders which gets extensive. It seem forever to get food out of the back area then the front area sort of lollygags around as you stand there. Food good timing horrible on pre-made food.

EDIT: 5/6 – unfortunately I’ve had to reduce my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. We will likely not be returning to eat, at least not for a while. The staff has stopped wearing masks. Regardless of politics, this is food service, and cleanliness and sanitation are very important.
