Ordered the big box with wings. Wings were excellent. P, pizza not so good. Pan pizza, but edges and corners received hardly any sauce or other ingredients. If you like a lot of dry crust this will be an good choice

Friendly was friendly but ordered a pan pizza 3 topping special pepperoni, sausage, and jalapeno. Toppings were correct but very skimpy. Paid for extra cheese, barely any cheese. Asked for extra sauce and well done, pizza was dry and if that was well done then regular cook would be just a warm at its best a frozen pizza.

Horrible customer service. Man walked outside with a “eat shit” look on his face and didn’t even greet me (I had a curbside pickup) and I told him what I was there for. He simply said “it’s not ready” turned around and walked inside. Didn’t ask my name or anything. Called me a little later and brought it out, pizza was cold. It was obviously ready earlier. I understand being short staffed and overwhelmed but you don’t have to be rude to people. Won’t ever order from here again.

I ordered 2 pizzas, one was a simple cheese pizza for my kids. The cheese and crust were so over cooked my kids could barely eat it. Their location was dirty on the inside despite no other customers being there at 6pm on a Friday. The women’s bathroom was disgusting. What a disappointment

So the last 2 purchases we have done with this pizza hut have been awful. Wish I could post pics. We asked for a larger meat lover an a pizza melt, but we said very light Parmesan and extra sausage an on the pizza melt NO SAUSAGE so they decided they do there own thing and drowned the meat lover with extra Parmesan and no sausage. And the pizza melt had extra sausage when we ask for no sausage.
