They gave husband the wrong order, instead of the taco salad, he got a bowl, and 80% of it was hard, dry, tasteless, rice, no chicken breast, only burnt thigh meat. I added the lettuce and dressing, so it looks gooey.

Pleasantly surprised. 1st time here and wasn’t sure what to expect. Got the 2-piece meal and at first thought it was on the skimping side. But got some cups of made fresh daily salsa, diced onions and avocado salsa from a side bar next to the fountain drink station. It had it stuff like peppers but got what I wanted. The warm tortillas came in a bag which I liked. My fiance got the same thing and also never been here. Overall I really liked the food and enjoyed sitting down in the dining area. Was very clean and welcoming. Very welcome change of pace.

This is one of the few places to get healthy food fast for a reasonable price. I do wish they had some spicier sauces. Pretty tame hot sauce, not loco. The new wings and tapatillo fries are very good, lots of flavor. The double chicken tostada is my favorite. A little tip for eating it (see pic) flip it upside down. Plate underneath because the lid has small holes. They do often get my order wrong/forget items/sauces

I ordered a bean rice and cheese burrito add in queso blanco. I was charged a dollar extra for a case of Blanco and my burrito has none I ate halfway down waiting for the sauce and it was the driest burrito ever and the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen come out of El Pollo loco.
