Not a bad taco bell, perfectly average. Most of the time your food is exactly what you expect from the chain restaurant. On occasion its not correctly made, they may forget your side of sour cream but every now and then someone in that kitchen, bless their heart, will decide that its time to go above and beyond and really put effort into your bean burrito and it will be life changing.

I don’t know what happened but the consistency and quality has gone down. Not sure if they are not communicating but my orders have been incorrect quite a few times now. Things like no ice/ lots of ice, beef instead of steak, no sauce/added lots of sauce, or the big one for me no onions for my child’s bean burrito. Epic fail when my kid looks at me in disgust with a mouth full of onions like I asked for extra. Today got breakfast wrap and I got half egg and half sausage. (Glad I got no sauce thought!) Just quality and consistency work on it guys I’ll be back just make an effort! When you come to my job I promise I’ll give 100% I just want at least 75% effort.

Friendly staff, clean dinning room with good food. The downfall are peak hours where if you order inside your food take forever to be made because of the drive-thru and if you go to the drive-in thru your still stuck with up to a 30min wait time as if you ordered inside.

Flattest crunch wrap supreme I’ve ever received. I tend not to be too harsh with Taco Bell or fast food in general because I used to work there, but I waited for 20-30 minutes for my online order and then every part of it was gross. I even had a regular nacho chips and cheese, and my bag of chips consisted of broken chip crumbs. I won’t be back to this location.

Fast service at the drive thru was prompt and correct and friendly. we ordered two sausage burritos the food was super hot. I would suggest more fillings to balance the tortilla. But overall I liked it.

This taco bell in Modesto has been completely the same as every other taco bell I’ve ever been to. Food was fast, order was correct and the employees were clean, sanitary and professional and friendly which is always big to me. Any employee can always be the first 3 of the 4 but being friendly is a choice they choose to be on their own and can always make or break a visit for me. Thank you Modesto taco bell employees! You are completely awesome on my scale!

Disappointed with their service. Usually visit this location late night and every time I get home there’s items missing from my order. Ordered a crunch wrap supreme last night and told them to make it with chicken but guess what, they made it with beef. Even though they charged extra to substitute for the chicken.
