This place is great!! Very tasty food served FRESHLY COOKED. The people were super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was an easy-going energy. Yes it took a few minutes to cook our meal, but it was well worth it. I’ve been here twice already and both times the staff has been very kind and the food was excellent. Delicious salads, crispy chicken and fries- all made to order. We are very happy to have them so close! Highly recommend.

First time – the chicken and fries were cooked to absolute perfection. Waited longer than expected but couldn’t wait to go back for that chicken again. Second time – the food came out much quicker (despite a massive order before us), and the chicken and fries were still good but didn’t have that perfect, special crunch that it had the first time. Service was very friendly both times and the guy who helped us the second time was super and hustling.

My mouth is on fire in the best way possible! The staff is sweet, helpful, and excited! The food is tasty, flavorful, and fresh! This is my new FAV place for sure! I don’t understand to see reviews complaining that they have to wait or food portions are too small Gosh sometimes LA people are too strict. They just opened. And it takes some time to build perfect team. I just LOVE coming here. Food is always fresh and delicious, they are working on new vegan menu. Soju drinks are soooo good lol. Especially pairing w food. And customer service is IMPECCABLE!!!! Thank you so much DANI and CAROL for making each of my visits memorable!!! I’m your client forever !!!!

I ordered my food in the store and they estimated 20-25 minutes so i left and came back after 20. 20 more minutes goes by and they told me they had made a mistake in the back and it’d take a bit longer. Multiple people came in while i was waiting, ordered, waited 20-25 minutes, and got their food. Found out the chef lost my ticket and just kept making other orders. I waited 55 minutes – u got some free cheese sticks and a couple of sodas but little can make up for an hour wait. Truly wild.

i’ve long acknowledged that korean fried chicken is some of the best fried chicken — and this place is a standout. their sauces and chicken are top quality, and all the other dishes we tried were great too. The people there are also great, highly recommend all around.

Basically everything we got was bad and we ended up paying $65 for 2 SMALL orders of chicken (both sauces they were tossed in were awful), one side of a small bowl of rice and one of French fries. Both were extra charge. Order took forever and then the chicken was actually just bad. Don’t know how else to describe it, but definitely won’t be returning.

Terrible service. Menus doesn’t have drinks on it. Don’t come unless you want your time wasted. Waited 45 minutes for the food. Had to go ask the server for the status of the food because they never came back. Upon asking she went to ask the kitchen the status but never came back to tell me. Left before we even received the food. Never coming back.
