We go here once in a GREAT while and they disappoint almost every time. Prices are high for small portions. Kids meal was extremely disappointing for how much you pay and we were missing one of our sides.

Just got two chicken tender meals cost over $30 which is ridiculous. Also had to wait close to 10 minutes to get them. There was a total of two honey mustard and two barbecue packets which is nowhere near enough for the amount of chicken, and could not get any additional condiments. Was told that’s all they come with. Way too expensive, took way too long and then I can’t even get a freaking extra barbecue sauce? It’s the same price if not cheaper just go down to a sit down restaurant so forget this place never going to go there again. F-

The employees were friendly to me and answered all my questions in the drive thru. I ordered a bucket meal and was surprised how fast it came out. Food was a great temperature and order was accurate. Expensive, but where isn’t nowadays.

The chicken barely had any breadding. It also wasn’t crispy. Asked for plates in the drive-through, and I had to come back to get them. They were not put in the bags. When I went into the location to get the plates, I was ignored for about 10 minutes before getting help.

Drove 22 miles away to get a 12 piece meal, went in the store and was at the counter for 10 mins before any one of the 3 girls work acknowled us. Then after the did we were told “someone would be with us when thier screen clears up.” There was 3 girls working on 1 order, 1 person in labby and 1 person in drive-thru. Needless to say we didn’t stay after being told we would be waited on when they got the rest of the orders done. That is totally unacceptable. So that was a $55 loss in sales.

I am very impressed with the new remodel. Everything is very nice and clean. I had the buffet today. It was well stocked, and the food was hot and fresh. They had baked chicken, original, and Extra Crispy on the buffet, as well as slaw, mashed potatoes, beans, biscuits, several salad items, as well as desert. Service was good, and the restaurant was immaculate. Great go-to place for a very quick bite with no waiting.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I came to this store at 11 am, and there was no other customer besides me. I let them know at the drive through that I would like to look at the menu first. They rushed me then the girl had a bad attitude and nearly threw my order at me. It took everything in me not to overreact, but I didn’t curse no one out. I will never get food from them again. Not a place I would recommend!!!!!! There’s other options go somewhere else!!!!!
